About Dan Lyons
Dan Lyons is the Founder and President of Team Concepts, Inc., known for his engaging leadership and team-building seminars. A former world champion rower and Olympian, Dan brings lessons from over 30 years in elite athletics, coaching, and military service. He rowed on seven U.S. National Teams, earned a World Championship in 1986, and competed in the 1988 Seoul Olympics. A Naval Academy graduate and former Navy officer, Dan also coached at Oxford, Stanford, and Georgetown, inspiring leaders on and off the water.
